Playing online in GT5 is all good until someone brings a super-charged car to the race and smokes everyone in the race. To address the issue Polyphony Digital will be releasing a new patch this weekend to restrict things like max power and weight. As a result, the races will be evenly matched giving everyone a equal chance to win.
The first downloadable content pack for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has been announced: ’Animus Project Update 1.0?. Ubisoft has stated that the DLC pack will feature the new game mode ‘Advanced Alliance’ and the ‘Mont Saint-Michel’ map for Brotherhood’s multiplayer. Best of all, the pack will be free to download.
PlayStation Network Stock Up for Winter Sale
Ahead of the official release date for Gran Turismo 5, a patch for the title has been released. The game isn’t officially out until tomorrow, but the patch enables the online portion of the game and adds lots of new features mainly revolving around the internet community.
The PlayStation Network team is celebrating the holiday season with some great deals on PS3, PSP, and minis titles. But you’ll need to act quickly, as the PlayStation Network “Stock Up for Winter Sale” is only available for one week – November 23-29. You can great titles like Joe Danger and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker at 50% off.
If you live in the US, you can now download the VUDU application which allows you to stream cinema-quality movies in the comfort of your home theater, complete with full 1080p HD with 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus sound. The movies are available on-demand and you only pay for the movies that you watch. Also, when you sign up for a VUDU account, you will receive a $5.99 credit on your account for one free HD rental.
