If you’re looking to pick up the PS5 Pro console, you may be interested to know what’s included in the box. That way, you’ll know if you need to pick up any additional accessories on the way. In addition to the PS5 console itself, the box includes a number of accessories to get you started.
The content of the box includes:
- PS5 Pro console
- DualSense wireless controller (not the DualSense Edge controller)
- 2 horizontal stand feet – for placing the console horizontally. Vertical stand is sold separately.
- HDMI 2.1 cable – there is no need to by a more expensive cable as this supports 8K/4K resolution and VRR.
- AC power cord
- USB-C to USB-C cable for charging the DualSense controller using the front ports of the PS5 Pro console
- Printed materials
- ASTRO’s PLAYROOM digital game pre-installed on the console
The PS5 Pro is a disc-less console so it does not come with a Blu-ray drive for playing physical games. However, a disc drive can be purchased separately, which also comes with longer horizontal stand feet.
