Sony have announced a few final stats for December 2019, revealing the latest sales figures for the PS4 and the number of active users on the PlayStation Network. The PS4 has now sold 106 million units worldwide, that’s an additional 6 million units since June 2019.
As for the PlayStation Network, Sony has announced that the total number of active users in December reached 103 million users. That means pretty much every PS4 owner logged into the PlayStation Network during the holiday period.
PS4 software title sales from retailers took that one step further by reaching 1.15 billion units sold. In case you missed it, Sony also revealed the official PS5 logo and announced that over 5 million PlayStation VR headsets have been sold.
