The first post-launch patch for Death Stranding has been released, updating the game to version v1.05. The patch weighs in at just over 1GB and comes with a single-line changelog referencing performance improvements.
Your PS4 should have already downloaded (and possibly installed) the update for you already, but if not, you can press [OPTIONS] on the controller and manually check for updates.
