The release date for Telltale’s The Walk Dead: The Final Season has been revealed, almost a year since the game was first announced. The fourth and final season will conclude Clementine’s journey, with the first episode in the season releasing on consoles and PC on 14th August 2018. A new trailer for the game has also been released (see below).
Telltale says the final season will feature over-the-shoulder camera, “scenes with unscripted combat,” and a new visual style that supports 4K resolution and HDR monitors.

Pre-orders for the game will be begin from 8th June 2018 (this Friday), and will cost $19.99. The final season will only feature 4 episodes, but pre-ordering the game will also give you access to The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series Collection, giving you access to all the previous seasons (19 episodes).
