Sony’s PlayStation Plus exclusive TV series, Powers, has been canceled after just two seasons. Based on the comic of the same name by Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming, the show revolved around a special police department known as the Powers Division which investigated crimes caused by those with super abilities.
The show starred Sharlto Copley and Susan Heyward as the two lead detectives with two seasons being made available since its launch in 2015. The last episode in Season 2 aired in July 2016.

It is not known why the show was cancelled, but it is likely to have something to do with ratings for the show.
