At this year’s Gamescom convention, running between 21st to 25th August, in Cologne, Germany, Sony will focus on the PS4 and it’s games line-up. The company is planning to show off brand new games for the upcoming console, adding to the games already announced at the PlayStation Meeting 2013 and E3 2013.
“A host of next generation titles were unveiled at the PlayStation Meeting 2013 and E3 2013. At gamescom in August 2013 the focus will be on PS4 and its games line-up once again,” says a recently posted competition on the PlayStation site.
It was expected that Sony would focus on the PS Vita at Gamescom, having already discussed the PS4 at the last two major games expos, but this doesn’t seem to be the case. Sony have some nice surprises up its sleeves for the PS4, including a firm release date for the next-gen console.
