Call of Duty: Black Ops has experienced tremendous success this week, making it the biggest launch in entertainment history. The game was released November 9th and has sold over 5.6 million copies across Europe and North America on the first day alone.
With that many copies sold, the game has now racked up $360 million in its first 24 hours of sale. Activision’s previous, Modern Warfare 2 held the previous record, but only sold 4.7 million copies brining in $310 million last year.
