In 2009, the God of War Collection was released on Blu-ray disc featuring both God of War and God of War II in true 720p HD form. Almost two years later, the collection will soon be available to download from the PlayStation Store. Both the remastered games will be available to download from the store on November 2nd 2010.
November 2nd is also the day the new God of War: Ghost of Sparta title for the PSP hits the store. There is one catch tot the PSN version of the God of War: Collection: God of War HD and God of War II HD PSN versions will not contain bonus material and extras from the Blu-ray.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to download a free full game trial of both titles. Plus members can snag a free Dominus Skin for God of War III and will also receive a GOW III skin with the purchase of each title.
In Europe, the collection will be available on November 3rd 2010. You can either purchase the games individually for €17.99/£13.99 each or buy them as bundle for €29.99/£23.99.
