Sony has staple-gunned a European release date to Naughty Dog’s hotly anticipated sequel Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, confirming the game will hit PAL territories on October 16th. The adventure title was originally pencilled in for release on October 23, though the date was quickly retracted on Twitter by Naughty Dog co-president, Christophe Balestra.
Among Thieves signals the return of brash adventurer Nathan Drake, who finds himself on the trail of legendary explorer Marco Polo’s lost fleet, which disappeared during a return trip from China in 1292. Drake will be joined in his quest by old pals Sully and Elena, alongside new faces Claudia Black and Karl Schafer. The game hits North America on October 13th.
