Hong Kong Mag Features PS3 Slim

August 12th, 2009 / Niraj Shah / News

GameWave, a weekly games magazine in Hong Kong, has features the PlayStation 3 Slim as cover story (click thumbnail to enlarge). The text near the PS3 Slim image reads something to the effect of “Slim PS3 appears at the end of the month.” The magazine seems pretty confident about publishing this story in their weekly mag, but we can’t vouch for the creditability of GameWave.

The magazine cover was posted on the site Crossmedia. Frequently updated gaming blog Game Jouhou says that the site is known for having reported a number of leaks, so it could be credible. As we’ve mentioned several times already, we have to wait until August 18th 2009 to find out if any of this is actually true, when Sony’s press conference at GamesCom will be held.

@Xplosive55 I’m guessing they were the first to break the embargo or they are just speculating like everyone else.
