The PS4 is continuing to sell well across the world, with the latest figures from Sony revealing that 7 million units have been sold globally as of April 6th 2014. In terms of software, more than 20.5 million PS4 games have some at retail and on the PlayStation Store as of April 13th 2014.
It’s difficult to say how the new figure compares with Microsoft’s Xbox One, but it’s rumoured to have sold around 5 million units in the same timeframe. Sony has also revealed that news of PS4 Firmware 1.70 will be coming soon.
