PlayStation Home Gets GAME Space

PlayStation Home has been updated with a new space from GAME, the UK high street retailer. The GAME Moonbase is set on the Moon’s surface , offering gamers an information hub, with posters, internet terminals and a video screen. On the second floor you’ll find everything you need to let your hair down: a dance floor, meeting places and more.

PlayStation Home Updated to v1.35

The PlayStation Home client has received a major update, bringing with it very significant enhancements that will make your PlayStation Home experience even better. The update faster load times, giving you quicker access to PlayStation Home and all the great content within. The new 1.35 update has also enhanced the login process. Now, once you have launched into PlayStation Home from the XMB, you will be transported directly to a new intuitive navigator, without the need to click through message screens.

Aliens, Predators And Marines Take The Fight To PlayStation Home

Sega Europe has announced that the official Aliens vs. Predator virtual costumes will be available for purchase today from the European PlayStation Home Thread Store, for a limited time only. Costumes include the male and female version of the Alien, Predator and Marine.

PlayStation Home Getting Uncharted, SOCOM and Warhawk Costumes

Star Wars and Indiana Jones Come to PlayStation Home

While Europe gets the LocoRoco Island and MotorStorm Spaces this week, the US has it’s own set of new content available in PlayStation Home. The US is also getting the same two game spaces in addition to great new content. You can pick up full Star Wars gear from the Mall, including lightsabers, Stormtrooper costumes, and more.

PlayStation Home Update Brings LocoRoco Personal Space

This week on PlayStation Home, a number of new spaces become available including the Loco Island personal space and brand new Mui Mui Ship public space, along with the MotorStorm Carrier. The MotorStorm carrier is a decommissioned aircraft Carrier and comes complete with a number of mini-games, quests and funky rewards.

Warhawk Personal Space Heading to PlayStation Home

The Warhawk Personal Space delivers a dedicated environment that hosts not only the Sand Table, similar to the Game Space, but also a full-on Warhawk-themed multiplayer mini-game, all while offering the perfect launch point for your next mission.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day in PlayStation Home

PlayStation Home is being updated this week to include some Valentine’s Day content, including an update to the SingStar Game Space and new t-shirts. The secret door behind the jumbo screen in the Presentation Podium Space will be opening its doors today unveiling a brand new space – The Backstage Pass. If you make it through the security door, you will be able to take part in the Heavy Rain: Evidence Analysis mini-game. If you manage to complete difficult puzzle, you will be rewarded with a special prize.
