Red Dead Redemption Patch v1.03 Now Available

Red Dead Redemption has been updated to version v1.03 via a small patch. The patch is available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 and contains a number of improvements and fixes for the game. The patch also includes new anti-griefing measures for Multiplayer Free Roam, which are detailed below.

ModNation Racers Patch v1.02 Coming August 4th 2010

A new patch for ModNation Racers will be released this week, bringing many improvements to the game. The patch will be available to download on August 4th 2010 and will feature improved load times, a new “Casual” difficulty mode, as well as fixing bugs and exploits in the game. Sony Re-releases Firmware v3.41

After complaints last week of Firmware v3.41 preventing Hard Drive upgrades, Sony has re-released the firmware making minor tweaks to the files. Sony initially denied the claims but has since patched the firmware and issued the following statement: “To resolve these symptoms, we have released a new version of system software update 3.41 with a very minor change (the version number does not change) on August 2nd.”

Uncharted 2 Patch v1.09 Now Available

Naughty Dog has confirmed the release of a new title update for Uncharted 2. Patch version v1.09 is now available to download and includes a number of fixes and enhancement to the game. The cash awards for Elimination and Objective games have been altered too (detailed below).

MAG Patch v1.07 Available Early August

The next MAG patch will be available in early August, and for free. In just over a week from now, the patch will be released with a number of new features asked for by gamers. Improvements include new “Happy Hour”, where gamers get double XP for the first hour of their session in a 24 hour period.

New ModNation Racers DLC and Patch Details

United Front Games have been working hard on the next ModNation Racers DLC, which is currently in the final stages of development. The new patch aims to further optimize the load times and also adds the ability to race a friend in the XP races, so you can level up and show-off to your friends at the same time.

ModNation Racers Patch Information

United Front Games, the developers behind ModNation Racers, are currently working on a patch for the title to bring several improvements requested by gamers. The patch is currently in testing and will be submitted to the PlayStation Store after passing Quality Assurance and approval from Sony.

Fat Princess Patch v1.06 Details

Today, Fat Princess will receive a new patch and new DLC to expand the game further. The Fat Princess Fat Roles DLC (USD $4.99) unleashes Pirates, Ninjas and Giants into the world of Fat Princess. Red Dead Redemption Patch v1.02 Available

A new patch for Red Dead Redemption is now available to download. The automatic update fixes various gameplay issues and connection problems with the title, and a complete changelog can be found below. Rockstar has also confirmed that a new playlist has also been added by popular demand: Hardcore Free Roam supporting only expert aim.

Super Stardust HD at 720p in 3D

Super Stardust HD was originally at full HD resolution was it was released a few years ago, running at full 1080p resolution. With the 3D update, running the game in 3D mode only runs at 720p but at a whopping 120fps (60fps per eye). Luckily, full HD resolution is retained on a normal HDTV.
