You may be happy to learn that Starhawk will be hitting store shelves May 8th. In addition, the Public Beta opens today so you can see what the game has to offer before the game’s release. DICE have revealed some information from the recent Battlefield 3 Open Beta, as well as improvements made to the game as a result of the beta. But it’s not all network load balancing and matchmaking algorithms; check out the info graphic below for some quick facts on the Open Beta.
Starting today, all PlayStation 3 players are invited to take part in the much anticipated Battlefield 3 Open Beta. Played on the Operation Métro map in Rush mode that won the Best Action Game and Best Multiplayer Game at E3, this is your chance to experience one of many flavors of Battlefield 3.
The Battlefield 3 beta dates have been announced for the PS3. The Beta is open to all and will run from September 29th to October 10th. You can join it by simply going to the going the PlayStation Store and navigating to the Demos section and downloading the Battlefield 3 demo.
Looks like gamers are having fun with the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations Open Beta since it opened up to all PSN users last week. Ubisoft have decided to extend the beta by a few extra days until this weekend. The beta was scheduled to end on September 12th 2011 (yesterday), but has now been extended until September 17th 2011.
If you are not a PlayStation Plus subscriber than you’ve probably missed out on playing the Assassin’s Creed: Revelations beta for the past week, but not for long. From tomorrow at 10:00am, the multiplayer beta opens up to all PSN users. Be sure to download the game from the PlayStation Store soon as the beta ends this Sunday.
Insomniac has announced the arrival of the Resistance 3 Public Beta. You check out the competitive multiplayer modes online from August 10th 2011. Priority access will be given to PlayStation Plus subscribers and then access will open up to the rest of the public.
Sadly, the Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta had come to an end, racking up over 1.53 million unique players participating! This makes Uncharted 3 the largest online beta to appear on the PS3. Naughty Dog have revealed some jaw-dropping stats from the beta, which you can find below.
The Uncharted 3 Beta went public earlier this week, opening up access to all PlayStation Network users. Since it went public, more than 1 million players have accessed the beta, and is rising every day. The first two games have been massive hits on the PlayStation 3, so its no doubt that games are excited about the third title.
Missed the Closed Beta of Uncharted 3? Don’t worry – you can now download the Public Beta from the PlayStation Store. The beta will run until July 13th 2011, during which time the content and game modes will change over the course of the testing period.
