Today, Fat Princess will receive a new patch and new DLC to expand the game further. The Fat Princess Fat Roles DLC (USD $4.99) unleashes Pirates, Ninjas and Giants into the world of Fat Princess. These three new character classes bring a whole new level of awesomeness to the frenzied 32-player battles.
Fat Princess has been updated to version v1.05 and now includes two new free snow-themed maps called Frost Bite and Candy Mountain. The game has so far received four free maps to date, making the game incredible value for money. The patch brings with it a number of fixes to the title too – see below for the changelog.
Tomorrow, the latest patch for Fat Princess goes live, bring the game to version 1.04. The free patch adds a new city-themed map called Brownie Town. The patch also fixes an issue with the online rankings, so now the All-Time and Monthly scores for Team Deathmatch and Invasion have been swapped to post correctly.
Fat Princess has been updated to version 1.03. Patch 1.03 contains the awesome New Pork city level, and due to the amazing support from the community, Titan Studios have decided to release the map for free. The patch also includes various fixes and tweaks to make the game better than ever. In addition to the patch, Titan has also released a Fat Princess demo, so if you haven’t tried the game, now you can.
Fat Princess is getting downloadable content soon, called New Pork. “Due to the tremendous success of Fat Princess on PSN”, says developers Titan, “we are pleased to announce a host of new content for you, our loyal fans.” New Pork is just the beginning of a wave of downloadable content coming to the PlayStation Network exclusive. Unfortunately, pricing and the release date of the first downloadable pack have not been revealed yet.
For those users who have been experiencing connection issues in Fat Princess, a patch is now available to download which addresses the issues. Titan Studios have also tweaked some of the point balances and classes based on fan feedback, the new ranking system can be found below. PlayStation Home has been updated with a brand-new 10-screen layout, a new lobby, and the ability to unlock rewards in select screening rooms. Exclusive new videos will be shown off in the new theater as well as the possibility of full length TV shows and movies in the future. In addition, there is a new game space for Burn Zombie Burn featuring a mini-game and exclusive rewards.
Fat Princess is a PSN title containing 21 trophies in total. Surprisingly, all of the unlockable trophies are bronze. The aim of the game is to rescue your beloved princess through teamwork. But there’s a catch – the other team has been feeding her magical cake, making her harder to escort back to your castle.Fat Princess is a one-player title supporting up to 32 players online. Fat Princess will make her royal appearance on the PlayStation Network this Thursday, July 30th for $14.99 / £11.99. The game will be released simultaneously worldwide in N.
