Nathan Drake is soon to appear at a cinema near you. Sony Computer Entertainment has signed a deal with Columbia Pictures for a movie adaptation of Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and it will be produced by Avi Arad, Charles Roven, Ari Arad and Alex Gartner. Sony has been working with Avi and the folks and Columbia for quite some time and additional details on the film will be released in the near future.
This week’s US PlayStation Video Store update is now live. There is nothing special available this week but as usual you can find lots of new movies to purchase or rent and a huge list of new TV too. Several new seasons of TV have been added including The Hills, Punk’d, and Weeds. As for this week’s top movie downloads, Friday the 13th is on top followed by Gran Torino and Fanboys. A new downloadable game, Zuma, is now available to download from the Euro PlayStation Store and Droplitz is available to download from the US store.
